The short version

1. Who we are

Shove Shelf is made by Tidejar Games ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: jonas.b3n@gmail.com.

Who we are: Yassine Benchekroun, an independent developer publishing as Tidejar Games. Postal address: 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: jonas.b3n@gmail.com.

2. Data stored on your device

3. Data that leaves your device

Only when you are online, and only for the features below. If a feature's online service is switched off, the game uses its offline version.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location or any account details. If you email us, we use your email only to answer you. The Share button hands a short text (your pushes and stars, no personal data) to your phone's own share sheet; we never see where you send it.

4. Ads and your choices

5. Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple. RevenueCat receives the store receipt and an anonymous customer ID to confirm the purchase and to restore it later. We receive a record that a product was bought, never card or bank details. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your store account.

6. Deleting your data

Two ways to delete everything
  1. In the game: open Settings › Delete my data and confirm. The game deletes everything on your device (progress, level in progress, settings, privacy choices) and, when you are online, your cloud backup and your anonymous player account, which also removes your leaderboard entries. If you are offline, the phone data is deleted at once and the game tells you to try again online for the cloud copy.
  2. By email: write to jonas.b3n@gmail.com with the player ID shown in Settings (if you no longer have the app, tell us roughly when you played and on which store). We delete the cloud backup, leaderboard entries, analytics data and the RevenueCat customer record linked to that ID within 30 days and confirm by email.

Ad networks and the stores keep their own records under their own policies; you can reset your advertising ID as described above. Purchases stay in your Google or Apple account history (we cannot delete those).

7. How long we keep data

8. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Cloud backup, leaderboards, remote settings and purchase checks: performing our contract with you (providing the game). Analytics and personalised ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalised ads and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the game free and safe.

9. Children

Shove Shelf is made for a general audience of teens and adults and is not directed at children under 13 (16 in some EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the game and data was collected, email us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers and security

Our service providers may process data outside your country (for example in the USA) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Local save files stay inside the app's private storage.

11. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email us with your player ID. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them (Google privacy policy).

13. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
