Delete your data
Option 1: in the game (fastest)
- Open Jar Jokers and make sure you are online.
- Tap Settings › Delete data › confirm.
- The game deletes everything on your phone, your cloud backup and your anonymous player account (which also removes your leaderboard scores). It then starts fresh.
Offline? The data on your phone is deleted at once; the game asks you to go online to finish deleting the cloud copy.
Option 2: by email (for example if you already uninstalled the game)
- Email jonas.b3n@gmail.com with the subject "Jar Jokers data deletion".
- Include your player ID if you have it (Settings › Privacy shows it). Without it, tell us roughly when you played and on which device, so we can find it.
- We delete the cloud backup, player account, leaderboard scores and analytics linked to that ID within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Game progress, unlocks, coins, cosmetics, achievements, statistics, run history and the saved run (phone + cloud).
- Your anonymous Unity player account and its Daily and Endless leaderboard scores.
- Analytics events linked to your player ID.
- Your privacy choices on the phone (the game asks again next time).
What is not deleted
- Purchase records kept by Google Play / the App Store and RevenueCat (needed for tax, refunds and restoring). You can still restore Remove Ads, the Starter Pack and the Jester Club afterwards. Coins you bought are deleted with your progress.
- Data held by ad networks under their own policies. Reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Emails you sent us (kept up to 24 months, or deleted on request).
